Price includes:

1. One-way airfare from Chengdu to Lhasa, including taxes;

2. Transportation for the entire Tibet tour from D02 to D15;

3. Hotel accommodations as listed in the itinerary;

4. Days 02-14: Full-time tour guide service in Tibet;

5. Travel permits and related travel documents for foreign visitors to Tibet;

6. Travel agency liability insurance;

Price does not include:

1. International airfare and flight ticket departing from Lhasa;

2. Entrance fees to all attractions (estimated at around CNY 1700 per person);

3. Meals throughout the trip (breakfast is included in some hotels);

Deposit and tour fee description:

1. To confirm the itinerary, you need to pay a deposit of RMB 1,000 per person, which can be paid online, via Alipay, WeChat or bank transfer;

2. The remaining balance of the trip is payable when you arrive in Chengdu or Lhasa. It must be paid in RMB and can be paid in cash or by Alipay, WeChat or bank transfer;

3. Once the deposit is paid, no refund will be made unless there are special circumstances (such as illness, natural disasters, war and other force majeure events);

D01: Arrive in Chengdu

Upon arrival in Chengdu, airport pick-up and drop-off will be arranged. We will hand over your travel documents for Tibet to you at your hotel.

Day 2: Chengdu -- Lhasa (Altitude 3650m)

Check in for your flight to Lhasa. The driver and guide will meet you at Lhasa Airport and drive you to your hotel in Lhasa city to rest and acclimatize to the high-altitude climate.

Day 3: Lhasa sightseeing - Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street

Day 4: Lhasa – Yamdrok Lake – Gyantse – Shigatse (Altitude 3800m)

Precautions

Ali is an extremely high-altitude region, and even in summer, the temperature is still quite cold, so warm clothing is essential.

The climate on the plateau is dry and the ultraviolet rays are strong, so sunglasses and skin care products and masks with super sun protection and moisturizing are essential.

The low air pressure and lack of oxygen in the high-altitude environment can easily lead to headaches and gastrointestinal discomfort. Please bring some medications for headaches, such as panadol, acetazolamide, and dansmol, as well as medications for gastrointestinal discomfort.
